Duties:

- Conduct routine landscape architectural design, including creating and updating technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD and other design tools.
- Prepare landscape architectural graphic drawings, using AutoCAD and other design tools, and assist in graphic presentation.
- Conduct landscape architectural digital 3D modeling.
- Analyze information on site conditions including site location, drainage, environmental reports, and assess how regulations and codes impact the design analysis.
- Assist in developing solutions for site specific plans including specifications and documentation throughout the project design phases.
- Assist in developing planting plans, including selecting appropriate species through analysis of site conditions.

Job requires Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture. At least 1 year experience. Must be able to perform the job tasks, including having knowledge of AutoCAD. $77k/yr.
